ASG Quality Control / Roadtester
Mercedes-Benz Canberra | Full-Time
Mercedes-Benz Canberra, part of the Autosprots Group (ASG), is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Quality Control / Roadtester to join our high-performing Service team.
This role is critical in ensuring every vehicle leaving our workshop meets Mercedes-Benz factory standards and delivers an exceptional customer experience.
About the Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting final quality control inspections on vehicles post-service and repair
Road testing vehicles to verify performance, safety, and repair accuracy
Identifying and reporting faults, noises, or concerns prior to vehicle handover
Liaising with technicians and service advisors to resolve issues efficiently
Ensuring all work complies with Mercedes-Benz and ASG quality standards
Maintaining accurate documentation and checklists
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Previous experience in a workshop environment (road testing, QC, or technician experience highly regarded)
A sound understanding of vehicle systems and driving dynamics
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A current Australian driver’s licence (manual essential)
A professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
