Job Description

Monadelphous are seeking a highly skilled Quality Coordinator to join our team and oversee quality assurance across coal seam gas, pipeline maintenance, and construction projects.

This role is critical in ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications while driving continuous improvement in project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with industry and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with ISO +001, API, AS/NZS standards, and client specifications.
Conduct quality audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure adherence to project standards.
Provide technical guidance to project teams on quality-related matters.
Lead non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Collaborate with engineering, construction, and maintenance teams to embed quality best practices.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure supplier and contractor quality performance.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and certification records.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence across all project phases.

What you will bring:
Trade background or similar in applicable discipline
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a quality role within the oil & gas, pipeline, or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of coal seam gas infrastructure, pipeline maintenance, and construction processes.
Experience with ISO +001, API standards, and Australian/NZ quality regulations.
Proven ability to conduct quality audits, inspections, and root cause analysis.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
