Technical Key Responsibilities:
· To monitor & reduce internal rejection & rework for plant (CNC,CRM, Boyang, BOF & grinding)
Reduce Customer complaint –Participate in 8D process-Action plan & Effectiveness Verification
· Reduce cost of Poor quality
· To ensure implementation of Quality Management System Procedure and ensure production of quality products
· Ensure 4M change monitoring activity in each section as per 4M matrix.
· Ensure no major NC in internal & customer audit.
· Ensure abnormality handling as per procedure & rejection disposition on daily basis.
· Ensure weekly performance review for RO1 & monthly review by RO3.
· Daily reporting to RO2 & ensure held weekly review with RO2.
· Should be a internal auditor for IATF 16+4+.
· Carry out TQM & quality circle activities in plant.
· To assess skill levels and identify training needs for all Engineers.
· Timely revision of FMEA, control plan SOP for machining section.
· Submit 8D report for Internal / External complaints
Qualification:
Graduate/ Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
4 to 6 years experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
