• Handle IQC, PQC, and OQC activities
• Monitor quality during USB cable manufacturing and assembly
• Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
• Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS)
• Use 7 QC Tools for analysis and problem-solving
• Identify defects and take corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Maintain quality reports, records, and documentation
• Coordinate with production team to improve product quality
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in cable or electronics manufacturing
• Knowledge of USB cable production process preferred
• Hands-on experience in IQC, PQC, OQC
• Understanding of QMS and quality tools
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualification:
• Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics or relevant field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
