What will you do? | Responsibilities
● Checks each lot and SKU as per defined specs and sampling plan to drive material acceptance/
rejection at FC basis this check
● Follow defined SOPs and inspection/ check methods properly
• Collate, analyze and tabulate data to drive correlations and interpretations for improvement.
• Train labors involved in inspection activity on specs & sampling plan and monitor their work.
● Drive FC compliance as per defined hygiene, housekeeping and cleaning practices and
highlight
gaps to drive actions and solutions on routine basis
● Work in close collaboration with sourcing, category & FC Operations team to drive right
decision
making on material acceptance or rejection and inventory handling
Requirements
● Bachelor or equivalent degree in Agriculture, F&V Technology, post-harvest technology, Food
Science &; Technology, or related field
● Candidates should have around 3+months of experience in a similar role in related industry or
work area/ profile
● Basic knowledge of quality aspects related to agri-produce, grocery products/industry
with basic understanding on ISO & HACCP requirements.
