Qualification: MHA

Experience: 6months - 1 year ( Hospital experience)

The roles and responsibilities of a quality Executive in the hospital sector include:

1. Implementing and overseeing quality improvement initiatives.

2. Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.

3. Developing and maintaining quality assurance protocols.

4. Analysing data to identify areas for improvement.

5. Training staff on quality standards and best practices.

6. Investigating and resolving patient complaints or incidents.

7. Collaborating with departments to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.

8. Conducting audits and assessments to monitor performance.
