Job Description
A. Developing and maintaining Quality management system for the project
B. Formulation and implementation of quality assurance and quality control procedures
C. Quality planning, quality control and adherence to quality policies
D. Deploying quality personnel for procured material quality control and execution quality control for day to day working
E. Interacting with employer/ engineer/ vendors for all quality related matters
F. Conducting periodic internal quality audits
G. Employer's acceptance of project quality procedures
H. Addressing quality issues highlighted by Employer / Client
I. Giving and conducting toolbox talk to formalize frontline staff on quality issues
J. Representing the contractor in the quality meeting, quality coordination with Client representative
K. Inspection of purchased material
L. Ensuring the execution activities conform to the requirement
M. Ensuring track parameters are conforming to the requirement
N. Concrete mix design and laboratory testing
O. Production quality control for concrete
P. Management of handing over documents
Q. Preparing Quality plans/ manuals, Method statements, Inspection & Test plans
R. Responding and managing internal and external NCRs
