Position: Final Inspector (Fresher Can Also Apply)
Job Location: MIDC, Bhosari, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune
Remuneration: INR 1.50 to 1.80 LPA
Preferring candidates nearby Chinchwad/Bhosari Only
Experience- 0-2 Years
Key points:
MTC/DOCUMENTATION CREATION
INSPECTION OF OUTWARD GOODS AND RAW MATERIAL
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Carrying out the inspection of piping items like Fittings, flanges, pipes, valves etc.
2. Preparing inspection reports and Responsible for complete products inspection and compliances.
3. Handling rejections by vendors in a way to minimize the delay in the supply chain.
4. Should be comfortable to work in Field.
5. Preparing daily inspection reports and submitting to manager.
6. Develop and execute the project-specific QA/QC Plan with scopes of work and work procedures.
7. Maintain daily MTC reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Qualifications: BE in mechanical, Diploma in Mechanical/Piping, ITI in Piping (Bonus)
2. Knowledge of ASME, ASTM standards required.
3. Able to use the measuring instruments.
4. Must be comfortable to inspect at vendor locations.
5. Reliable, focused, confident, articulate, and self-directed individual with a high level of initiative and a can-do attitude
