WAGE: $25.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Join our team as a Quality Technician! You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of our machined and assembled parts.
Your responsibilities:
Inspect Parts: Conduct detailed inspections of completed parts and random samples using various measuring tools.
Report Findings: Communicate inspection results and discrepancies to supervisors and team members.
Verify Accuracy: Check part measurements, part numbers, and tooling calibration using calipers, micrometers, and CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines).
Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to ISO standards.
Document Quality: Prepare quality reports and recommend corrective actions.
Calibrate Equipment: Regularly calibrate and inspect production test equipment.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 3-5 years in quality inspection, preferably in manufacturing.
Education: Diploma or certification in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficient with calipers, micrometers, CMMs, and blueprint reading.
GD&T Knowledge: Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) is an asset.
Quality Standards: Knowledge of ISO standards is beneficial.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication.
Team Player: Positive attitude, initiative, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
