The Role
As our Quality Lead, you’ll take ownership of the Quality and Food Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, and customer requirements. You’ll coach and develop teams, lead audits, resolve customer complaints, and partner with cross-functional teams to embed a zero-defect, customer-first culture.
You’ll also play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives, supporting new product introductions, reducing scrap and blocked stock, and collaborating with our APAC/global quality teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide site leadership for quality and food safety compliance.
Lead customer complaint investigations and ensure timely CAPA closure.
Prepare and lead internal, customer, regulatory, and certification audits.
Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (ETQ).
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
Develop and deliver quality and food safety training.
Lead quality meetings and report key metrics to local and global stakeholders.
Collaborate with SEE global quality teams to share best practices.
About You
We’re looking for a proactive quality professional who thrives in a manufacturing environment and enjoys working across teams and regions.
You will bring:
Preferred: a tertiary qualification in Engineering, Science, or Quality Management.
5+ years’ experience in Quality or Operations leadership (packaging, food, FMCG, or chemical manufacturing).
Proven experience with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP.
Internal/Lead Auditor certification.
Green Belt Six Sigma (or equivalent CI methodology).
Strong leadership skills – able to coach, develop, and engage diverse teams.
Experience in root cause analysis, CAPA, risk analysis, and supplier/customer quality management.
Excellent communication skills with regional/global reporting exposure.
