Urgent Hiring -Training and Quality Manager-1 position
Time-10:00-1+:00
Salary- Upto Rs 45000/- Monthly
Location- Baner, Pune
Experience- Minimum 2 yr into BPO industry (Voice Process)
Languages- Hindi and Marathi
Notice period- Less than 15 days Key Responsibility Area-
• Reviewing customer feedback and understanding customer demands and expectations of products and services
• Working with management teams to provide recommendations and solutions to quality issues
• Reporting on the quality of services throughout all phases.
• Investigating root causes of defects and recommending solutions for quality issues On-boarding and training new quality control team members
• Staying up to date with new quality control techniques and methods.
