Job Description
This role ensures that all remediation activities comply with regulatory standards, internal policies, and best practices. The Quality Manager will lead a team of quality analysts, develop quality metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of remediation efforts.
How will I help?
Key accountabilities include:
Work with the Head of Remediation to help define the timeline and prioritisation of quality assurance of projects according to the Remediation methodology and standards
Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks, methodologies, and tools specific to remediation.
Ensure all remediation activities meet regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of remediation processes to identify areas for improvement.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of quality analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities for team members
Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance the quality and efficiency of remediation efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine remediation processes and procedures
Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks, methodologies, and tools specific to remediation.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of quality analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
Develop and maintain quality metrics, dashboards, and reports to track the performance of remediation activities.
Prepare detailed quality assurance reports for, and communicate these to senior management and regulatory bodies as required.

What do I need?
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality management, with a focus on financial services remediation or a related area.
Proven experience in managing quality assurance teams and processes.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in Remediation
Demonstrated expertise working with varied business contacts to understand and document business processes as well as key areas of issue or concern.
Process change experience and project / program management experience would be favourable
Ability to work through ambiguity to problem solve and think critically to challenge and understand business problems and needs and deliver options
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Proficiency in quality management tools and software
A thorough, analytical and detail-oriented approach to work.
