Profile:-
Sampling and Analysis of all RM, PM and In process FG.
Job Description:-
Daily Inward Material Register Check
Sampling of RM, PM and In process and FG
Perform an analysis of all samples taken within 48 hours.
Testing of particle size, VO , BD and Solubility
Perform Iron Particle analysis for all powder products.
Maintaining analytical registers .
Preparation of analytical protocols for all products.
Inventory Management of all control samples.
Inventory Management of chemicals and accessories.
Instrument calibration on a yearly basis.
Vehicle check for inward/outward goods
Fumigation cross verification for any live infestation.
Daily reporting of all in process analysis of FM and LOD.
