ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a skilled administrator to support our expanding and transforming Quality Review Program. You’ll play a vital role in upholding the integrity of the Chartered Accountant designation by ensuring our members and reviewers receive high-quality support throughout the review process.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare, manage, and document correspondence regarding reviews
Liaise with stakeholders via phone and email to ensure smooth progress of reviews
Respond professionally to queries and escalate issues as needed
Follow up on outstanding matters and ensure timely completion of reviews
Provide general administrative support including travel arrangements, training sessions, and processing payments/invoices
ABOUT YOU
You are an exceptional communicator, displaying a proactive and detail-oriented approach to your tasks. You exhibit high levels of organisation and efficiency. A true team player, you are eager to learn and contribute, while still being able to work independently. To excel in this role, you will demonstrate:
Prior administration experience
Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products
Ability to work within established processes while remaining adaptable
Ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
Experience in using a CRM system (desired)
Accounting background (desired)
