The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality, Risk, and Compliance Officer to join Sheldon College and contribute to the ongoing safety, quality, and compliance of the College environment. In this role, you will work closely with the leadership team to drive continuous improvement, ensure adherence to legislative and regulatory requirements, and foster a culture of safety and excellence across the College. About you
Relevant tertiary or diploma qualifications in WH&S, Fire Safety, or related fields.
Demonstrated experience in Risk, Quality, and WH&S Management systems, preferably in the education industry.
Capability to conduct and manage internal audits and compliance processes.
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, AS 45001:2018, and educational standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Eligible to successfully hold a Working with Children Blue Card.
Preferred Qualifications & Professional Memberships
Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001:2015 and/or ISO 45001:2018 (Exemplar Global or equivalent).
GRC Professional (GRCI) or Certified Member (RMIA) or equivalent enterprise-risk/compliance credential.
ICAM Lead Investigator accreditation (or comparable root-cause analysis qualification).
Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (BSB41419/TAE40122) or higher.
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (for internal safety/compliance training delivery)
