EY GDS – Quality (Senior-1)

As a part of our global team you will be part of GDS projects as Delivery Excellence management professional. You will be involved in working on challenging problems and creating next generation delivery excellence platforms.
The opportunity
We are offering you a demanding role. You will use the most advanced Quality models to implement the newest delivery excellence solutions. This position includes possibility to interact within international environment and work with the most recognizable and influential players in Delivery Excellence space.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Experience to Information Security Audits, ISO27001:2026
• Conduct gap assessments, risk assessments, internal audits independently.
• Experience in conducting new hire orientation, training the teams on importance of information security/ quality framework.
• Expertise in preparing leadership report summarising gaps/ findings, SWORT analysis etc.
• Experience in reviewing and analysing the contracts/ agreements.
• Should be able to define process for the teams.
• Plan and conduct project audits and monitor the effectiveness of process implementation at project level.
• Should be able to drive process improvement initiatives. Perform Gap Analysis and suggest improvements to the delivery teams in reference to industry standard best practices.
• Facilitate project teams on process set up and metrics for their projects according to the scope and type of the project.
• Able to analyse risks and metrics of the project. Further help the team in analysing the root cause and improve quality.
• To be a part of weekly connects with Delivery team members and govern the progress of improvement actions.
• Performing CSAT Analysis on the feedback received and enabling teams to score better CSAT.
• Define metrics and perform metrics analysis for all the projects being handled to
• Ensure the project metrics are updated in tool by all PMs on weekly basis.

• To qualify for the role, you must have
• College degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.)
• Approximately 8 to 10 years of experience in filed if Information Security Audits, Risk Assessment,
• Exposure and knowledge about industry standards like ISO27001, ISO+000
• Knowledge on Quality Process & Improvement tools.
• Should be able to handle Risk management and customer escalations.
• Should be able to interact across different layers within the organization.
• Additionally, good to have
• Knowledge of Risk management & regulatory compliance, data privacy regulations (GDPR).
• LA/ LI certification for ISO +001, 27001 etc.
Ideally, you’ll also have
• Ability to define processes for teams.
• Experience in project audits and reviews.
• Ability to drive process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to analyse risks and metrics of projects.
