1️⃣ Understand SDLC, author and execute test cases, and perform testing & regression.
2️⃣ Apply strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.
3️⃣ Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (preferably MySQL and MongoDB).
4️⃣ Manage defects and ensure thorough defect tracking.
5️⃣ Communicate effectively with international clients.
6️⃣ Leverage testing tools like Selenium (a plus).
7️⃣ Collaborate in a team environment and stay adaptable to extended hours/weekends to meet client SLAs.
8️⃣ Provide exceptional technical support across channels like email, phone, and chat.

• Analyse and troubleshoot client-reported issues using log analysis.
• Perform database queries to resolve inquiries.
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolution.
• Document interactions and resolutions accurately in the support system.
• Stay updated with product changes and best practices.
✨ Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with MySQL/MongoDB.
• Basic knowledge of Linux, shell scripting, and testing tools (e.g., Selenium).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional support.
