A minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality technician role
Proficient in the use of precision measurement instruments such as calipers and micrometers
Strong knowledge of quality assurance terminologies, methods, and tools
CMM experience proferred
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Demonstrable knowledge of testing best practices
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail
Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation
Experience in rejected material management
Strong knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action implementation

This role is critical to maintaining the high standards of our products and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all products meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance.
