Quality TesterResponsibilities:-Requirement document analysis, create & execute test scripts and suits using selenium Java/C#Requirement document analysis, create & execute test cases for manual testingIdentify gaps in requirements and communicate with the team and resolveTake ownership of required data collection, cleansing & validation and setup for seamless test activityTake ownership of the test environment and make it intact during the testing phase till closure.Analysing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.Daily bug reporting and test completion percentage to project membersTake ownership of the defect life cycle process using DevOps/Jira/Or any other toolsPromptly handover test deliverables with the highest accuracy such as test cases, traceability matrix, test summary, execution sheet, and bug reportsExperience with working in different project approaches (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)Conduct peer reviews of test cases and take knowledge-sharing sessions.Collaboration with team members, testing and implementation of project activities to achieve project and client goalsCompletion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reportingStrong hands-on experience in manual functional testing of projects (web/full stack/Desktop)Experience with prioritizing, self-organizing daily workload and reporting it to the teamAbility to identify various scenarios and create effective test cases (Test automation/Manual Functional)Proactivity and responsibility for deliverablesAligning with the QA teamâ s goals and visionWillingness to learn and improve skills in software testingOpenness to new ways of working and various cultures Passionate about quality testing with good energy and enthusiasmThe ability for effective bug capturing and bug reporting skills with fine detail in Automation & Manual testing projectsConsistent adherence to the process and guidelines within the organizationHands-on experience in Software Testing Life CycleExcellent verbal and written communication skills enabling communication among the teams distributed across the worldStrong experience in test automation in web applications using Selenium/Java or C#Good to have hands-on experience in Jmeter/Or any other performance testing toolsExperience in client interaction on requirements for automation projectsISTQB certification /Other testing certificationGood to have hands-on experience in functional testing for RPA botAbility to conduct peer reviews of test cases and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.Experience with Azure DevOps/JIRA or any other defect tracking tools
