Responsibilities
• This role will be responsible for synthesizing analytical findings for consumption by the teams and senior executives, and articulating analytical findings in clear and concise deliverables, including presentations, discussions, and visualizations.
• Initiate and manage analytical reviews with senior management to ensure proper progress and sound direction for the inflight projects
• Hire, develop and nurture team members via timely guidance, feedback, mentoring and training programs
• Develop SME in the consumer banking domain to fulfill functional responsibilities by owning initiatives of part of business processes
Qualifications
• Degree in quant discipline with 10+ years of experience in analytics preferably for a large bank
• At-least 3 years of people management experience of leading teams sized around 5-7
• Good grasp of coding fundamentals of toolset containing SAS/SQL, Tableau and Alteryx
• Ability to query large amounts of data and transform the raw data into actionable management information
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience delivering recommendations to senior management
