Role Description
This is a contract role for a Quantitative Aptitude & Logical Reasoning Faculty at Success Scholar. This is an on-site role located in Kolkata. The faculty member will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging instructional content on Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning topics. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, evaluating student progress, providing feedback, and maintaining a positive learning environment to ensure student success.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning topics
• Experience in teaching or training in an educational setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate students
• Proficiency in using educational technology tools
• Master's degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field preferred
• Experience in coaching students for competitive exams is a plus
