Job brief
-Conducting Sessions for Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation for competitive exams.
-Handling doubts pertaining to Quant Ability content taught in the class.
-Fresh Content Development and Proof Reading.
-Mentoring of students in accordance with the mission & vision at Education 2.0.
-Material Enhancement.
-Constant Feedback to Student on his/her performance.
-To teach with passion and enthusiasm with the primary aim of achieving the targeted score of the students.
-Preparing study materials for students with interactive sessions and practical learning.
-Should have the ability to think out of the box and create new techniques to improve the performances of the students.
-Conducting workshop, seminars and in-house events on the regular basis.
You will directly report into Operation Head or Director(s) of the company.
Faculty Responsibilities:
Prepare course material (video lessons, study notes, practice questions, etc.) for the students enrolled in our JobTest Prep Program
Conduct highly engaging live classes and doubt-clearing sessions for the students. Incorporate real-life examples and analogies to make the concepts easier to understand.
Maintain a student-friendly attitude at all times and create a healthy learning environment.
Monitor the progress of the students and provide feedback/suggestions for improvement.
Faculty Requirements:
Qualified CAT/XAT/GMAT or any other equivalent exam with top ranks/percentiles in the quantitative aptitude section.
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics / Statistics / Engineering or any other relevant field from a leading Indian or international institution.
Prior experience as a faculty or in content development for Quantitative Aptitude.
Outstanding communication and people skills; Excellent camera presence.
Computer literate, proficient with MS Office Suite and MathJax/MathML.
Neat and legible handwriting.
Flexible for Online and Offline Mode of Teaching.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
