We are looking for a Quantitative Developer to be part of our small but growing team to help us build out successful trading strategies stretching across CeFi and DeFi crypto exchanges.

Description:
The day-to-day activity of the role involves:
Develop, deploy, document and maintain highly optimised trading software as required by trader/researcher.
Adding, modifying and optimising features on our internal applications.
Developing and implementing system design and data flows.
Build and maintain exchange integrations
Reading and understanding documentations and intergating 3rd party webscoket, APIs, webhooks, etc.
Assuring almost zero downtime of softwares. Hence expecting a high product ownership.
Communicating development time and issues in development to senior/traders.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in Rust/C++/Go.
Familiarity with latency optimization and writing applications where performance is critical
General understanding of dev-ops and networking
Clear Understanding of Data Structures, threading/multithreading, designing algorithms, object-oriented programming, profiling and debugging.
Ability to work in fast-paced work environment
(Optional) Understanding of Financial Market
