This role is suited to someone 2–3 years post-graduation who has a solid grounding in construction and is now looking for more responsibility, exposure, and the opportunity to grow alongside a company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with commercial management of live projects
• Support with valuations, variations, and cost tracking
• Prepare and review tender packages for new work
• Liaise with site teams, clients, and suppliers
• Support invoicing, applications, and general commercial administration
• Help maintain structure and organisation across project documentation
