Job Description
CCS Facade Solutions Ltd are a growing facade, cladding and fire remediation contractor working across South Wales and the South West. We are taking on more full packages and need a Quantity Surveyor who can come in, get involved, and grow with the business.
This role is suited to someone 2–3 years post-graduation who has a solid grounding in construction and is now looking for more responsibility, exposure, and the opportunity to grow alongside a company.
We are looking for someone who is not just turning up for a job, but is genuinely driven to be part of building something. As the company grows, the right individual will grow with it — with progression, responsibility, and salary reflecting that journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with commercial management of live projects
• Support with valuations, variations, and cost tracking
• Prepare and review tender packages for new work
• Liaise with site teams, clients, and suppliers
• Support invoicing, applications, and general commercial administration
• Help maintain structure and organisation across project documentation
