Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Quantity Surveyor - Interior Design at Hireblockk in Mumbai. As a Quantity Surveyor - Interior Design, you will be responsible for estimating project costs, preparing and analyzing tender documents, conducting site visits, and managing project budgets. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the interior design industry
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, building codes, and regulations
• Proficiency in relevant software, such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
• Relevant professional certifications, such as RICS or CIOB, are preferred
