QUANTITY SURVEYOR/CIVIL ENGINEER:

• Valuation of running account bills submitted by contractor.

• Assisting in preparation of Rate analysis & recommendation to client for non BOQ items.

• Assisted in preparing detailed estimate for the project through,BOQs specifications,GFC & tentative drawings.

• Ensuring project meet agreed specifications, budgets and timescales.

• Schedule and track assignments, preparing daily, weekly project progress status reports.

• Project Quantity Take off, comparing the same with Tender drawings & BOQ for any variations.

• Preparation of Bill of Quantities, Item Specifications and preparation of preliminary Cost of projects.

• Preparing, negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts.

• Bill Checking as per site/drawing.

• Contractual correspondences & Co-ordination with the clients and Architects.

Should know the following software:

• Ms Office

• AutoCAD

• Revit Architecture

• 3DS MAX Studio
