Location : Pune
Exp : 8 to 15 Years
Rel exp : Application Development - 7 Years, Agile and Scrum - 7 Years, Business Analyst - 2 years, product owner -2 Years
Notice period : Immediate joiner or Currently serving
Interview Mode : 1st round - F2F ( Face to Face ) , 2nd round - Virtual
JD :
Must have Skills :
•Over all 7-10 years of experience in Application development
•Minimum of 1-3 years of Agile practical usage in the role of Product Owner / Business Analyst; 3+ years preferred.
•Experience with Scrum & Agile Lifecycle Management tools (ADO is preferred).
•Ability to manage, prioritize and deliver on changing stakeholder expectations.
•Has experience writing user stories and experience in creating and maintaining a backlog. Experience in agile and scrum.
•Ability to create release goals, and create and maintain release plans that meet stakeholder needs.
•Advanced interpersonal skills – able to establish strong working relationships and promote bi-directional communication within and across teams.
•Strong leadership and organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to effectively facilitate discussions at various levels and suggest alternative approaches.
