Job Description
Develop strong relationships with category managers, buyers, and key stakeholders to drive favorable negotiations and business terms.
Ensure product assortment, stock availability, and visibility across all assigned platforms and retail stores.
Execute promotional plans, schemes, and visibility activities as per monthly and quarterly plans.
Track sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, logistics, marketing, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
Monitor competitor pricing, offers, merchandising, and market trends to identify gaps and opportunities.
Oversee planogram adherence and in-store merchandising (offline MT stores), ensuring compliance.
Monitor and improve operational KPIs: fill rates, OTIF (On-Time In-Full), listing timelines, and SLA metrics.
Manage commercial documentation including SLAs, agreements, claims, credit notes, and reconciliations.
Analyze platform data and generate insights to improve product ranking, share of shelf, and market penetration.
Plan and execute digital banners, assortment promotions, new launches, and campaign strategies on Quick Commerce apps.
Track performance of paid promotions (Ads, Sponsored Listings) and optimize ROI.
Support the introduction of new products and SKUs across partner platforms.
Ensure compliance with branding guidelines, pricing strategy, and operational policies.
