As an Quotation Officer & Sales Administrator at Affinity Windows, you will support our sales and estimating team in Bunbury with the preparation and processing of quotes for residential works and responding to customer enquiries.

Day To Day You Will Be

Providing customer service and coordinating our hardware sales and product advice

Responding to customer enquiries for estimates and quotes for our products

Resolving customer issues and enquiries

Providing administrative support for sales orders, tenders, bids and other Sales related documents

Analysing construction drawings, preparing thorough take offs and creating quotations/costings based on company standard specifications;

What We Will Love About You

You will be a quick learner with a strong eye for detail, process and service delivery

Previous experience in preparing quotations or estimating

Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings

Confident with the Microsoft Office suite

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships

Excellent time management

Previous windows industry experience (highly regarded)

Previous experience with V6 software (highly regarded)
