Job Description
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Responsible for providing oversight to:
- Multiple PODs/tracks comprising of team size of more than 50 people.
- Teams located across geographies (onshore, onsite, offshore)
- Monitoring and controlling end to end product development tracks
- Responsible for program managing simultaneous work packages across the application lifecycle with different tracks/projects being in different stages:
- Product development (Mobile, Cloud and Firmware tracks)
- Transformation (such as Service Now, CI/CD)
- Stakeholder management
- customer
- Integration/3rd party products
- Focus and management of contractual commitments (across multiple SOWs and MSA)
- Tracking of KPIs (Critical and Key)
- Productivity and Quality
- Accountable for governance of services
- Deliver to service levels
- Team productivity
- Accountable for quality of deliverables
- Escalation management
- Proactively Engage with customers at strategic level
- Implementation of SAFe and Scrum/Kanban across various tracks
- Take the customer on the Agile Transformation journey based on application maturity
- Work collaboratively with the customers on their business transformation roadmap
- Responsible for dependency and integration management across various other tracks
- Should have experience handling delivery relevant to the track (IOT – preferably Smart Home Products)
Have the ability to provide the status at various levels (Middle Management and Executive Management). Representation and driving the Steering Committee with customer and 3rd party teams
- Actively manage customer satisfaction and engagement levels
- Responsible for coaching and mentoring next level leaders and managers
- Provide tactical solutions with intelligent out of the box thinking to navigate through program level problems and to drive organization interests
- Experience in popular delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
- Own the profitability and revenue for the track
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong Program management credentials
- Understanding of and Experience in Agile models
- Understanding of ITIL & Support processes
- Work experience managing distributed teams across different time-zones
- Client/Stakeholder Management
