Roles and Responsibilities
Disbursement
Completes loan disbursement related activities like Non discrepancy checks (NDC) with KYC norms, System Data Entry (FinnOne/FCR/FCC), Data Maintenance etc.
Scan based Checking of disbursal files with discrepancy resolution with the assistance from business / Product team
Makes disbursement entry initiation in system.
Loan account nos opening in system
Working knowledge of Retail Asset Products Operations
Checks of individual task assigned and processing of transaction with nil errors
Assists support to risk management, business, support units in containing exceptions to the minimum and help in resolving them
Ensures mandatory processing to be completed on same day for within TAT requests for cases and escalations internal / external customer
Ensures online reconciliation of transaction and No issues / open items pending
Processing capacity numbers as agreed with Business to be met (incl. managing absenteeism)
Transaction Processing
Performs Error Free Input of transactions as per agreed service standards and approved procedures.
Creates RTGS/NEFT for transactions processed
Reports exchange rates for transaction processing
Generates all Disbursement process related MIS as per agreed timelines for BUH/Senior Management on a daily basis
Proactively reports to the Unit Head on any changes in the process followed or deviation from the standard process.
Ensures highest service standards are maintained for servicing of all clients and maintaining minimum turn-around-time.
MIS and Reporting and Other Activities
Prepares MIS reports & various monthly reports with maintenance of proper records of accounts
