Position description: Managing the Tractor Loans Business & dealers in the area assigned to increase business through open market, refinance, repurchase & branch channel.
Primary Responsibilities: JR 1: Achieve the given budgets every month from assigned area and dealers Activating all dealers by way of doing business every month JR 2: Personally, meeting all branch managers to increase branch no every month as well get good support from respective branches Achieving assigned market share % with every brands and dealers. JR 3: Individually managing RC/PDD as well delinquency under control every month Focusing on all Channels like Open Market, used tractor, Top UP, Rural vertical
