Creative Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, content, and branding teams to understand project objectives and align creative work with the overall campaign strategy.

Maintain consistency with the branding guidelines of the sports team, league, or event.
Ensure designs resonate with the spirit of the sport and the emotions of its audience.
Trend Awareness

Experience:
A strong focus on sports poster design .
Proven portfolio showcasing poster designs similar to the examples provided (matchday, starting XI, sports promotion).
Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop , Illustrator , and other design tools.
Expertise in advanced photo editing (lighting effects, background blends, dramatic overlays).
Strong typography skills with a knack for bold, sporty font choices and layouts.
Familiarity with composition techniques for stadium backdrops , player close-ups , and motion graphics integration is a plus.
Creative Expertise:
Understanding of sports branding, color theory, and design principles.
Ability to create compelling visuals that evoke excitement and loyalty among sports fans.
Salary:
