An opportunity has become available for several Radiographers - Senior to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 13 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
Provide general clinical advice to professional and operational supervisors
Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures
Apply professional judgement to a complex caseload
Participate and actively contribute in professional development
About you
To be successful in this position you will require:
Possession of a tertiary degree as a Radiographer from a recognised tertiary institution
AHPRA Registration
Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B
Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary
Permanent full time and permanent part time (several positions, hrs negotiable)
Base salary ranging from $64.64 - $69.55 per hour, $128 169 - $137 918 per annum + 12.75% super
About Us
The Medical Imaging delivers a wide range of diagnostic imaging and interventional services across the Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service (GCHHS).
The service provides a Level 6 Medical Imaging service at Southport (Gold Coast University Hospital) and a Level 4 service at Robina. The Queensland Health Clinical Services Capability Framework (version 3) describes these services as:
A Level 6 service at Southport provides a wide range of imaging services and complex, on-site interventional and neuro-interventional procedures, Nuclear Medicine, Computed Tomography (CT), Ultrasound and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) services on-site.
A Level 4 service at Robina provides fixed-room fluoroscopy, on-site CT services, MRI, complex ultrasound, interventional radiology Tier A, and mammography and interventional breast imaging services.
