About the Role

We are seeking 3 organised and proactive Workflow Coordinators to support radiologists and clinic operations in delivering efficient, high-quality reporting services.

These will be fully remote roles. We are hiring 1 fully remote workflow coordinator for each of the following states: NSW, QLD and VIC.

This role is responsible for coordinating daily radiologist workflows, monitoring KPIs, managing national overflow reporting, troubleshooting workflow issues, and supporting service excellence across the network.

Key Responsibilities
Workflow & Performance
Coordinate and optimise daily radiologist workflow and reporting allocation.
Monitor turnaround times, overflow reporting, and contractual KPIs.
Track performance metrics and escalate risks or variances.
Follow up outstanding reports to ensure timely completion.
Troubleshoot workflow and RIS/PACS issues (escalating when required).
Support workload distribution and roster planning.

Service & Relationships
Act as the first point of contact for radiologist workflow support.
Build strong working relationships with radiologists, operations teams, and referrers.
Respond to internal and external queries in line with KPI standards.
Communicate and document critical findings in accordance with clinical governance requirements.

Reporting & Insights
Analyse workflow and radiologist performance data.
Produce regular KPI and performance reports.
Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

About You
Experience
Radiographer or administration professional with 2+ years’ experience in a radiology clinic.

Technical Skills
Proficient in RIS/PACS and Microsoft Office.

Key Skills
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Analytical with excellent attention to detail.
Highly organised with strong time management.
Able to work independently and collaboratively.
Sound understanding of radiology workflows.
