Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Tiles & Bathware sales vertical across all outlets and cities.
• Build and execute effective strategies for B2B and B2C market penetration.
• Drive sales team performance to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop lead generation campaigns across online and offline platforms.
• Nurture relationships with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and retail customers.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams for seamless execution.
• Support new outlet expansion and local marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will possess 8-12 years of experience in sales and business development, with a strong background in Tiles, Bathware, Interior Solutions, or Building Materials.
