Rail Requirement Engineer

RINA is currently recruiting for a Rail Requirement Engineer to join its office in Ghaziabad within the International Infrastructure & Mobility Division.

Mission

To assist in Rail/Metro/LRT projects. Key areas of functionalities will include designing and implementing systematic management procedures for selecting, analysing, organising, developing and demonstrating compliance with requirements.

Key Accountabilities

As a member of the Rail Systems Engineering Team, you will work with technical documents, extracting and manipulating textual requirements in collaboration with technical experts. You will manage large sets of requirements for rail projects, supporting our engineering teams. You will assist in designing and implementing systematic management procedures for selecting, analysing, organising, developing and demonstrating compliance with requirementsTo this end, you may expect to:

• Methodically identify, analyse, organise and develop requirements for and with project teams.

• Organise and record evidence showing how projects have met and complied with requirements.

• Set up databases and processes for managing requirements and demonstrating compliance.

• Assist in the production of System Engineering plans and processes for requirements management and assurance.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General

Qualifications

More than 5 years in engineering of which 3 years should be in rail/metro projects

Preferably experience of working with European standards

Experience of working outside India is an added advantage

Experience of working with relevant software such as Bentley ComplyPro and IBM DOORS
