Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled R&D Engineer with a mechanical design background to lead product development from concept to production. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in mechanical systems, CAD tools, and end-to-end product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive complete product development: concept, design, prototyping, testing, and production.

• Prepare 3D models, technical drawings, and BOMs using SolidWorks/AutoCAD.

• Conduct mechanical analysis and validation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.

• Optimize designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability.

• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

• 2+ years in R&D or mechanical product development.

• Proficiency in CAD software and design tools.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and testing.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
