This is an office-based compliance role within the Coastal and Islands Region's Visitor Management Team with limited opportunities for field work. This role supports the 006 Ranger (Compliance) manage the Automatic Number Plate Recognition System (ANPRS). Duties will include undertaking simple to complex investigations and the issue of Penalty Infringement Notices (PINs) via the departmental electronic system. It will also include conducting PIN reviews and responding to customer enquiries and complaints. The incumbent must be an authorised officer under the Recreation Areas Management Act 2006. The role requires a high-level ability to utilise QPWS booking systems and other information systems, as well as being proficient in MS Excel. The successful applicant will have excellent customer service and communication skills, be capable of working autonomously and in a team and have excellent attention to detail.
This position is part time, required to work Monday to Friday with limited requirements for weekend work.
