Ambrose Construct Group is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Rapid Repair Supervisor to lead our high‑performing Rapid Repair team from our Dandenong office. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior role with one of Australia’s leading insurance repair builders.

About the Role As a Senior Rapid Repair Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the Make Safe and Rapid Repair workflow. You’ll provide guidance to Supervisors and Coordinators, ensure repair quality and efficiency, and serve as a key escalation point for complex claims or onsite challenges.
You will also support the continuous improvement of processes, documentation standards, and customer experience. ACG will continue investing in your professional development, including opportunities to complete your Cert IV in Building & Construction and undertake further external training.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of Rapid Repair Supervisors and Coordinators.
Oversee scheduling, repair management, and Make Safe coordination.
Liaise with customers, trades, and internal teams to drive timely and high‑quality outcomes.
Review and approve reports for insurers, ensuring accuracy in both written and visual documentation.
Provide expert guidance on building issues, repair methods, and job requirements.
Work closely with trades to ensure all works meet ACG’s quality standards.
Act as an escalation point for complex repair or customer scenarios.
Contribute to workflow improvements and team capability development.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in insurance repairs, carpentry, trades supervision, or similar is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of building processes and repair methodology.
Confident communicator capable of directing trades and guiding team members.
High attention to detail and commitment to documentation quality.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Comfortable using IT systems, with training provided on our internal platforms.
