The role

The Rates Support Officer:

provides customers with timely and consistent service and responses to enquiries

ensures accuracy of the rates and property system

set up and process direct debit payments

process change of ownerships

Review and reconciliation of debtor balances

relevant experience and qualifications

ability to manage your time and work effectively
