The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a Reach forklift to facilitate the efficient movement of goods within our facility. This role is crucial to maintaining the flow of operations and ensuring that products are stored, retrieved, and shipped accurately.
Duties
Operate REACH forklift trucks safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse.
Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking inventory levels and order fulfillment.
Assist in shipping and receiving tasks
Perform order picking duties, selecting items from inventory based on customer orders.
Skills
Proficiency in operating REACH forklift
Experience with warehouse management systems and distribution processes.
Familiarity with shipping and receiving protocols in a warehouse setting.
Ability to perform order picking accurately while adhering to safety standards.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage inventory effectively.
Capability to operate heavy equipment safely while following all safety regulations.
