Description
The Key Account Manager – Ecommerce is responsible for acquiring new e-com Merchants. The KAM-Ecom is responsible for searching for new merchants, empanelling them and on-boarding them. The Ecommerce Manager has to ensure that they are able to respond proactively to the business issues and challenges by providing them with the required guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities
• Acquire New to Bank Merchant Relationships for Platinum, E-com and Government Business
• Ensure quality sourcing along with maintenance of high FTR logins
• Responsible for managing volumes from new merchants - Platinum and E-com Segment
• Responsible for managing Volumes and Fees to contribute to the budget and other financial goals and thus contribute to revenue enhancement.
• Ensure retention of the merchants with the bank
• Responsible for growing the business by cross selling the products.
• Plan and contribute to achieve higher productivity and lower acquisition costs
Qualifications:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
• Any graduation/Post Graduation
• Min 2 years of experience
