Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive SA NRI and NR TD growth through Branches and Clusters, which includes the growth of NRI book mapped to Affluent and NRI RMs.
• Drive Fee Income (RFR, IPG, OCS), Portfolio initiatives and Compliance matrices through NRI RM channel by ensuring a Sales Operating Rhythm with the RM's supervisors
• Engage with Branch Banking and Liability Sales for activation of different sourcing channels on NRI viz. Liability Sales, Branch Banking, Corporate Salary etc.
• Design and drive NRI contests and campaigns for resources of the Circle for Acquisitions, Deepening, Remittances and Cross sell
• Assist branches in HNI and Bulk NRI Acquisition client calls for NRI business
• Manage existing relationships and facilitating new tie-ups with Corporates, PIS Brokers, Mariner Companies, CAs etc. for NTB acquisition
• Work closely with the RFR teams to drive Inward and Outward Remittance budgets as well as cross sell of NRI Pro Deposits, TCDC etc.
• Manage multiple regions while based out of one centre
• Support the region to achieve assigned budgets on key business metrics pertaining to NRI business, including NRI CASA and Fee Income from NRI RM channel
• Impart training and knowledge support to Liability Sales Channel resources
• Drive NRI business activation through recognition programs and campaigns
• Conduct meetings with Circle functionaries, Branch and cluster heads, to facilitate awareness of NRI business and increased mindshare
• Mobilize opportunities for Bulk Acquisitions through Mariners, Brokers, Corporate segment etc.
Qualifications:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
• Graduation/Post Graduation from recognized university
• 4-6 years of experience in NRI business/sales and channel management. Knowledge of Forex business will be an added advantage.
Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
• Complete knowledge of NRI products, process and regulations pertaining to NRI Banking
• Should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
• Prior experience in a sales role is preferred
