About SELF SERVICE CHANNEL
With around 17000 Self Service Terminals spread Pan India, Self Service channel acts as the face of Axis Bank for millions of retail customers and is, hence, an integral part of the Bank's strategy. ATM Channel plays a major role in launching self-service terminals and migrating the customer from physically assisted teller transactions to digital platform for day to day transactions. It also plays a pivotal role in the Bank's customer engagement strategy across products and services.
About the Role
A] Channel Sales - The candidate will be responsible for driving the profitability of the ATM channel through campaigns. He will have to work in close coordination with various stakeholders to bring new products, solutions, features, funnel improvement related to campaigns and enhance channel contribution in line with the GPS strategy of Bank through campaigns.
B] Project Manager - Self Service Channel & Branch Automation: The role demands to plan a deployment strategy for self service kiosk at branches, migration of transactions on the kiosk, enhancement of services on various self service terminals. This includes Branch engagement, Handholding, Publishing of MIS, Identification of low performing kiosk, performance improvement at low performing branches/kiosk & redeployment and Business requirement documentation (BRD) & UAT/Pilot/Go-live of new services.
Key Responsibilities
A] Driving Channel Sales via Campaign Management
• Driving Channel Profitability through new products / solutions / campaigns on ATM channel.
• Digitalizing the processes to improve the lead generation numbers, conversions and processes.
• Achieving overall income targets for the channel in line with organization strategy.
• Boost income by providing an enriched experience to customers by introducing various features on Self Service Terminals for ETB and NTB customers
• Ensuring that team delivers on various operational front involved in campaign life cycle and funnel improvement.
• Analysis of ATM channel campaign reports to ensure rectification of system/campaign/improve visibility of campaigns
• Improve the ATM channel campaign offer visibility, customer offtakes and conversions and reduce drop offs.
• Designing new/Enhancing existing campaigns via ATM campaign solution for various products
• Continuous collaboration with IT team, product team and other stakeholders to ensure system performance and improve leads and conversions.
• Maintaining timely interaction with various stake holders to understand their new requirements & improve the existing functionalities
B] Driving Projects as per the requirement under Self Service Channel Team
• Roll-out of projects on self-service kiosk as per assignment
• Gathering the requirement, preparing BRD, writing process for enhancement of services (revamp of existing services or addition of new services) on kiosk
• Carrying out Business UAT, pilot and roll-out of various services and new projects basis requirement
• Liaising with various teams and stake holders within the organization and external vendors
