Job Description
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the incoming calls from Axis bank customer service centers and PAN India Axis Bank branches and internal departments with regard to financial transactions related queries of credit cards and debit cards.
· Make service calls to customers for certain decline attempts to maintain the approval rates.
· Generate different types of MISes and publish it on daily, weekly and monthly basis to senior management.
· Liaise with Visa/Master for Bins and documentation.
· Ensure closure of Compliance and Operational processes with assistance of Audit/Legal.
· Keep a track of various timelines and milestones of the projects.
· Providing regular updates and reviews to senior management on project status.
· Continuously evaluate the performance of existing products.
· Responsible for end to end implementation of new product features.
· Responsible for driving cost reduction initiatives.
· Liaise with external partners like Visa/Master/Rupay and other payment aggregators
Qualifications:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
· Graduation / Post Graduation from a recognized institute
· Fresher with minimal experience
Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
· MS-Excel knowledge is mandatory.
· Credit Card or Debit Card knowledge will be an added advantage.
· Query Resolution capability
· Stakeholder management
