Incumbents will be fully responsible for driving business volumes and PnL for all instalment programs on credit and debit cards Identification of business opportunity basis industry and competition benchmarking Responsible for introducing pricing and variant program constructs to drive higher adoption Manage interactions with different payment aggregators to influence business originating from merchant platforms Work closely with PAN India tele-based channels to drive sales for the loan programs Channel management of journey and flow for digital sourcing Responsible for marketing and campaigns to increase program conversion rates Appropriate documentation and maintenance of the associated product structure and modifications made to it Manage end to end interactions with intra bank departments who extend support functions for eligibility and fulfilment of associated programs Analytical thinking ability to identify opportunities and leakages to drive optimal business outcomes.
Specific focus on risk related policy and adherence to the same Acute attention towards risk management to be able to increase or contract loan exposures Manage a team of on-role and off-role resources Manage adherence to compliance, audit and risk laid policies applicable for the associated businesses Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for firm's reputation by driving compliance with applicable laws, adherence to policy, applying ethical conduct as well as supervise activity of others to create accountability with those who fail to maintain the standards set by the organization
