Role description
About the Role
The candidate will be expected to work closely with the Liability Sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth in new customer acquisition for the Priority segment. This would ideally include understanding the right set of levers and designing campaigns and initiatives to drive salesforce productivity & activation. The candidate will also be responsible for liaising with a cross section of teams across the bank to create necessary digital tools & support infrastructure aimed at enabling the salesforce to better identify target opportunities, improve customer profiling and enhance sales pitch to achieve higher conversion. The candidate will also be expected to drive rigorous monitoring of performance by the channel and be tasked with capturing customer voice and feedback to evolve program proposition.
Key Responsibilities
· Monitoring productivity, resource activation of the sales force
· Designing programs and campaigns to drive NOA & value growth in Priority NTB acquisition
· Working closely with Liability Sales teams to ensure Priority product focus in the incentive/KRA structure, review templates & other initiatives designed to boost channel performance
· Preparing & circulating dashboards/MIS on channel performance for effective management reporting and sharing insights with central & geographic leadership
· Leveraging database analytics to identify potential target customers, increase Priority lead funnel & develop commensurate strategies to improve conversion
· Liaising with other departments (BIU, IT, DBAT, etc.) for designing digital tools and enabling infrastructure
to drive right selling, improve customer pitch & develop further interventions as required from time to time
· Liaising with teams at regional/circle/ cluster level to drive central campaigns
· Understanding on-ground developmental/ skilling needs for sales force and coordinating with cross- functional teams to create requisite training programs and drive roll-out across geographies
· Monitoring channel productivity, share of premium wallet in key corporate relationships
· Designing programs and campaigns to drive NOA & value growth in Priority NTB acquisition
· Monitoring NTB productivity, resource activation of the frontline staff at branches including RMs
· Working closely with central channel team to ensure Priority product focus in the KRA structure, review templates & other initiatives designed to boost channel performance
Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
· Post-grad required
· 7-+ years+ experience in Banking/ Financial services preferably in Channel Management role
