About the Role
Product Manager – Locker
Key Responsibilities
Product Manager – Locker
· S/he will be expected to manage the Locker product suite for product development and management.
· Co-ordinate with the channel teams to effectively manage product penetration.
· Monitor the internal processes for efficiency.
· Monitor internal and regulatory communication pertaining to the products / program.
· Tracking the customizations and profitability / viability of the same.
· Conceptualize and anchor bank wide product / program campaigns across channels and geographies to ensure key deliverables like Sales volumes, product mix, segment mix, etc.
· Create Direct to customer campaigns/alliances to funnel digital leads.
· Lead projects/activities for ensuring program / product awareness and mind share amongst internal resources.
· Coordinate and build strong work relationships with various internal groups: IT, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Process Quality.

· S/he should have good interpersonal skills and must be a good team player.

· Ability to analyze processes and reengineer them.
· Strong communication skills and good analytical skills are a prerequisite. · Must be a keen observer of the human behavior which will help in the generation of consumer insights
