Business Management The NAM will : a) Work on customization requirements for the Segment / Entityb) Independently influence the KOs in HQ for permissions at regional centersc) Coordinate with Branches and Salary channel across the 15-20 centers for activities and penetrationd) Carry % penetration growth target in each Entity as an evaluation matrixe) Act as one point contact with the WB team for the specific for Pan India penetrationf) Build rapport with the HQ to be able to influence the regional locations.Process / Product knowledge Narrative Capability Building Work towards working with Wholesale Banking team on Top Corporates with our salary features and benefits Create Visibility of Hdfc Bank Salary offering in all entities and ensure KO & Lateral accounts are shifted to Hdfc Bank Business Hygiene Meeting TOP Key Decision Makers individually and along with Wholesale banking and creating avenues at various locations of where Hdfc Bank is not present or our share is low. Ensure Contact Benchmarks (CEP) are met with timely updation in CRMBusiness Reviews Monthly review with respective Branch Banking Head on performance and Growth Path. Monthly review with SET Vertical Head Documented Fortnightly Review with ZSH on performance. Data Support and presentation jointly with BBH for Group Head review Monthly review with Regional Product Managers and Central Product team.Digital Enablement Working closely with Branch Banking & Wholesale Banking team and other similar channels to extract maximum leverage for Corporate Salary channel. Drive RBBs Anywhere Banking Module Driving Microsite, Mobile Banking, Insta app and other bank Digital salary Initiatives
